- Rates are for up to 6 passengers. 6 Passengers is the Maximum allowed under US Coast Guard regulations.
- Multiple boat trips are available for groups larger than six.
- 50% Deposit required at time of booking to reserve your date.
- Deposit is non-refundable if you are a "no show".
- If the Captain cancels the trip due to weather and a new date can not be arranged, your deposit will be returned.
- All bait & tackle is provided for inshore trips. (If you have a favorite piece of gear you are welcome to bring your own. )
- Additional charges may apply for bait on Offshore trips.
- Rates do not include Tip for the Mate. (15-20% is normal and expected.)
- Rates do not include loss of rod and/or reel.
- Trips may require a fuel surcharge if fuel prices spike.
